AssistantAI connects directly to a professional's Gmail account via OAuth, reads incoming emails, classifies them by priority and type, and drafts personalized responses using Claude AI. The system learns each client's voice, profession-specific terminology, and communication style. Every draft waits for the client's review and approval before sending -- keeping the human in full control while eliminating hours of email work.
The service targets Phoenix-area attorneys, CPAs, realtors, financial advisors, insurance agents, and other professionals who spend 2-4 hours daily on email. With plans starting at $500/month, AssistantAI handles the entire setup: Gmail connection, AI training, voice calibration, and ongoing optimization.
