1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using AssistantAI (the "Service"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Edge 247, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Arizona.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, law firm, accounting practice, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Service.

2. Service Description

AssistantAI is an AI-powered email management and practice management platform designed for professionals. The Service connects to your Gmail account via Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol to classify incoming emails, generate draft responses, and manage communications on your behalf.

• AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. No email is ever sent from your account without your explicit review and approval.
• We use Anthropic's Claude AI for email classification, draft generation, and voice learning. Anthropic does not use API data for model training.
• The Service includes, depending on your subscription tier: email classification and prioritization, AI draft generation, voice profile learning, communication analytics, practice management tools, and dedicated support.

3. Subscription Tiers and Billing

Available Plans

• Founding Member: $199/month — locked at this rate for the lifetime of continuous subscription. Limited availability.
• Solo: $500/month (or current published pricing at time of enrollment)
• Growth: $1,500/month
• Executive: $5,000/month
• Enterprise: $25,000/month (custom terms may apply)

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with limited feature access. No credit card is required. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will expire and data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

Billing

• All billing is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount where offered.
• All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
• Failed payments will be retried by Stripe per their standard schedule.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancel anytime from your portal or by emailing cal@aiedge247.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds for partial months of service.
• After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
• Founding Member pricing is permanently forfeited upon cancellation.
• Free trial: no charge if cancelled before the 14-day trial ends.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Ensure you have authority to connect the Gmail account(s) you provide.
• Review and approve all AI-generated drafts before they are sent. You are solely responsible for every email sent through the Service.
• Do not use the Service for spam, phishing, harassment, impersonation, or illegal activity.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Provide accurate business and billing information.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional ethics rules.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI drafts generated by AssistantAI are SUGGESTIONS. They are not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, medical advice, or professional counsel of any kind.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every draft before it is sent. AssistantAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.

Profession-Specific Notices

• Attorneys: AI drafts do not constitute legal work product. Review all drafts for accuracy, legal correctness, and privilege considerations. Use of this Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between your clients and AI Edge 247.
• CPAs and Accountants: AI drafts do not constitute tax advice. Verify all numerical references, regulatory citations, and filing deadlines.
• Financial Advisors: AI drafts are not investment advice. Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and state regulatory requirements.
• Insurance Agents: AI drafts do not constitute policy advice or coverage determinations.
• Medical Professionals: AI drafts do not constitute medical advice. Ensure HIPAA compliance for all patient communications.

7. Data Handling and Privacy

• We access your email content solely to provide the Service.
• Anthropic does not use API data for model training and does not retain data beyond processing.
• We do not sell, share, rent, or monetize your email data.
• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
• You can revoke Gmail access at any time from your Google Account settings.

8. Attorney-Client Privilege Notice

If you are an attorney, emails processed by AssistantAI may contain privileged communications.

• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your jurisdiction's rules regarding third-party access to privileged communications.
• AssistantAI processes emails programmatically using AI. No human reads your emails unless you explicitly request support assistance.
• We recommend consulting your bar association's ethics guidelines regarding AI tools in legal practice.
• Our security practices (encryption, access controls, zero-retention AI) are designed to meet a reasonable standard, but you should make your own assessment.

9. Intellectual Property

• AssistantAI, AI Edge 247, and all associated technology are the intellectual property of AI Edge 247, LLC.
• You retain full ownership of your data.
• Voice profiles and AI training data derived from your emails are used solely to serve your account and are deleted upon termination.
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service. This license terminates when your account is closed.

10. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

AI Edge 247's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for: emails you approved and sent that cause harm; AI draft inaccuracies you failed to catch; loss of business due to service interruptions; unauthorized access due to your credential failures; actions of third-party providers; or force majeure events.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AI Edge 247, LLC against claims arising from: your use of the Service, emails you approved and sent, violation of these Terms or applicable law, violation of professional ethics rules, and third-party claims from your communications.

12. Service Modifications

• We may update features and these Terms. Material changes communicated via email 30 days in advance.
• Founding Member pricing is contractually locked and exempt from price changes.
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may terminate accounts for: Terms violations, non-payment, fraud, or legal requirements. Data retained 30 days for export, then permanently deleted.

14. Governing Law

• Governed by the laws of Arizona. Disputes resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona courts.
• Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days before legal action.
